The Ridings is a boutique development of 15 new build 4 and 5-bedroom detached houses. Birch House created a warm and welcoming interior that provides a wow factor in every room whilst maintaining a common aesthetic throughout. For the property development as a whole, we undertook full space planning, interior architecture, lighting design, kitchen and bathroom design, and specification of all finishes throughout. To complete the ethos and brief, Birch House implemented full "turn-key" furnishing and styling of the stunning show home, including design of bespoke fitted wardrobes.
